I have been using Temple Builders products since the 1980's.  My personal preparation for passing on Reiki Attunements includes prayer, fasting, and a long bath with
Cherokee Warrior Herbal Bath.  However I have been using it for years just for the rejuvenating properties.  If I don't have time for a full bath, I will make up the tea, add a little lemon, then steam my face over the cup.  When it cools a little, I drink the tea, reserving the last couple of tablespoons of infusion to pat over my face.  Quite a pick me up.   Herbal elements enter your body through your skin while bathing, so this is very effective in the event that you don't immediately take to the taste of the infusion.

I know Tina personally from having worked with her as a
professional wildlife rehabilitator.

Living very closely with and encompassing a great love and respect for all living things, she employs the highest standard of ethics in everything she does.  We share a strong committment to the natural approach in healing, and as a result have enjoyed a high rate of rehabilitation success with sensitive species.

Her products are wild gathered or grown naturally in the pristine wilderness

I know and have used many of the combinations that she provides.
